Orchard Hill Fitness is a ministry of volunteer instructors with a passion for bridging physical and spiritual fitness. Each class is composed of easy to follow cardio, and strength training using a variety of equipment. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and all ages. At the end of each class we hope you will leave not only stronger physically but encouraged spiritually as we close with a short devotion. Come join us. You are worth the effort.
Strength & Cardio
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am
These classes offer strength and cardio mixed with a variety of activities to increase stamina with cardio, weights, balls and more. Suggested donation of $1 per class.
Childcare is available for participants and instructors during the Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes. Childcare is provided in Room 151/153. Those utilizing the childcare service are asked to give an additional $2/child (with max of $5) to help offset the expense of offering childcare.
