1-3 p.m. - Come and Go Party in Lincoln Park, Waterloo
3-4 p.m. - Optional walking tour through Walnut Neighborhood
If it is raining, the celebration will be held in Harvest Vineyard Church (715 E 4th Street, Waterloo)
