Read Proverbs 18:11-12

The wealth of the rich is their fortified city;

they imagine it a wall too high to scale.

Before a downfall the heart is haughty,

but humility comes before honor.

Our attitude toward our own lives and the world around us plays a huge role in our ultimate course and our final destination. What attitudes do these proverbs suggest we should cultivate?
