The Lord has done it this very day;

let us rejoice today and be glad.

Reflect

God has given each of us this one day. God is present within it, all of it. No matter what the day brings, we can experience God's presence and power in each and every moment of it. Do you make time for this? Why or why not?

Stop right now. Take a deep breath. Feel your feet on the ground, your body in your chair. Relax your shoulders. Look around at your surroundings. Notice what you see; really notice. God is present in this moment. Practice being present as well.
