We have groups in Cedar Falls, Waverly & Grundy Country including (but not limited to!) groups for engaging the Bible, groups for those who like to walk/run or play board games, groups for those in their mid-twenties, groups for talking about our Sunday morning teachings, and lots more!

Recently, Jeff shared about the "Shine On" movement! Throughout history, many people haven't experienced a church focused on the good in people & their communities. We're determined to change that by shining a light on & joining the good we see people and partners doing in our community! Let us know when you come across a Shine On story. 😃

Habitat for Humanity

Orchard Hill Church partners with Habitat for Humanity to build houses, build community, and build hope. Join us for a build day in the Walnut neighborhood of Waterloo. No experience needed. Register for a full or half day. Must be 18 or older.

Suitcases for Haiti

We are collecting large suitcases to send Christmas gifts to our sponsored kids at UCI in Haiti. The gifts are packed inside suitcases, which are then placed on a shipping container. The families in Haiti reuse these suitcases as cupboards and dressers inside their homes, so the suitcases are getting a second life! Win win!

Guidelines: The bigger the better! (Although we'll also take the smaller carry-on sizes.) The only thing that needs to work is the zipper. (Broken handles, broken wheels, scratched sides are okay!)

Suitcases may be dropped off at the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings or at the office in Cedar Falls at any time.

One Night

All student ministries (CHAOS, BIGhouse & BASIC) from all campuses (Cedar Falls, Grundy Country & Waverly) are joining together for ONE NIGHT. Together we will celebrate the work God is doing in this generation through musical worship, wrapping up our series "The Way" & belonging in community with one another!

BASIC

BASIC is a college and young adult worship community that meets at Orchard Hill Church in Cedar Falls on Thursdays at 7:30 pm. All are welcome! Text BASIC to 319-553-6680 for text updates!

BASIC Fall Retreat

All college-age students and young adults are invited on a weekend retreat for community, good food, worship and rest on Sept 27-29 in Nashua, Iowa. Cost is $15; rides are available! Contact Andrea DeCook at adecook@orchardhillchurch.org with questions.
